Estos Términos de Uso regulan el uso de la aplicación MagicNexus. Al crear una
cuenta o usar la app aceptas estos Términos, la
Política de Privacidad y las
Normas de la Comunidad. Si no estás de acuerdo,
no uses la app.
1. Quiénes somos
MagicNexus es una aplicación desarrollada por Iluro Studios (Adrián Flores),
España. Es una app no oficial hecha por fans para jugadores de
Magic: The Gathering. No está afiliada, patrocinada ni respaldada por Wizards of
the Coast LLC ni Hasbro. "Magic: The Gathering", los nombres de cartas y sus
imágenes son marcas y obras de sus respectivos titulares.
2. Quién puede usar la app
- Debes tener al menos 14 años. En países donde la ley exija
una edad de consentimiento digital superior, debes cumplir ese mínimo.
- Debes tener capacidad legal para aceptar estos Términos.
- Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y de la veracidad de los datos
que facilitas.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a usar MagicNexus conforme a la ley y a las
Normas de la Comunidad, que forman parte de estos
Términos. En particular, no publicarás contenido ilegal, ofensivo, sexual,
violento, de odio, ni que infrinja derechos de terceros, ni harás un uso abusivo
o fraudulento del servicio.
4. Contenido que subes (imágenes, avatares, fotos, fondos, texto)
Resumen: lo que subes sigue siendo tuyo, pero tú eres
el único responsable de tener los derechos sobre ello. No subas
imágenes con copyright ajeno.
- Sigues siendo el propietario del contenido que subes
(publicaciones, comentarios, mensajes, avatar, fotos y, en su caso, imágenes
de fondo).
- Garantías: declaras y garantizas que eres el autor o que
tienes todos los derechos y licencias necesarios sobre cada imagen, foto,
avatar o material que subas, y que dicho contenido no infringe
derechos de autor, marcas, derechos de imagen, privacidad ni ninguna ley
de ningún país. No subas fotogramas de cartas, ilustraciones, personajes,
logotipos u otras imágenes con copyright de terceros salvo que tengas permiso.
- Licencia que nos concedes: para poder mostrar tu contenido
dentro de la app, nos concedes una licencia mundial, no exclusiva, gratuita,
transferible a nuestro proveedor de alojamiento y revocable,
limitada a alojar, almacenar, reproducir y mostrar ese contenido con el único
fin de prestarte el servicio. Esta licencia termina cuando borras el contenido
o tu cuenta, salvo copias en backups técnicos o contenido que otros usuarios
ya hayan citado o compartido.
- Indemnización: nos mantendrás indemnes frente a cualquier
reclamación de terceros derivada del contenido que hayas subido infringiendo
estos Términos o la ley.
- Podemos retirar o restringir cualquier contenido que infrinja estos Términos,
la ley o derechos de terceros (ver sección 7).
5. Contenido y elementos que proporciona la app
- Los fondos, el arte, los iconos, los compañeros y demás elementos visuales
incluidos en MagicNexus son de creación propia de Iluro Studios —en parte
generados o asistidos con herramientas de inteligencia artificial—
o se usan con licencia o por ser de dominio público, y no reproducen obras
protegidas de terceros. Los fondos Premium incluidos en la app
son creaciones propias o degradados, sin copyright de terceros.
- Parte del desarrollo de MagicNexus (código y recursos visuales) se ha
realizado con ayuda de herramientas de inteligencia artificial. El servicio se
ofrece según se describe en estos Términos con independencia de las herramientas
empleadas para crearlo.
- Estos elementos se te ceden únicamente para su uso dentro de la app. No puedes
extraerlos, redistribuirlos ni reutilizarlos fuera de MagicNexus.
- Si en el futuro habilitamos que uses tus propias imágenes como
fondo u otros elementos personalizados, ese contenido se considera
"contenido que subes" y se rige por la sección 4: serás tú el responsable de
tener los derechos sobre esas imágenes.
6. Datos de cartas (Scryfall)
La información de cartas (buscador y mazos) procede de la API pública de
Scryfall y se usa conforme a
sus condiciones. Las imágenes y textos de cartas son propiedad de Wizards of the
Coast; se muestran a título informativo para los jugadores.
7. Notificación y retirada de contenido infractor
Si crees que un contenido publicado en MagicNexus infringe tus derechos de autor,
tus marcas u otros derechos, envíanos una notificación a
ilurostudios@gmail.com indicando:
- La obra o derecho presuntamente infringido.
- La ubicación exacta del contenido en la app (usuario, post o captura).
- Tus datos de contacto.
- Una declaración de que actúas de buena fe y de que la información es veraz.
Revisaremos las notificaciones y retiraremos el contenido infractor. Este
procedimiento da cumplimiento al mecanismo de "notificación y acción" del
Reglamento de Servicios Digitales de la UE (DSA, art. 16) y a la
Digital Millennium Copyright Act de EE.UU. (DMCA). Los usuarios que infrinjan
derechos de forma reiterada verán su cuenta suspendida o cancelada.
8. Suscripción Premium y compras
- La versión gratuita de MagicNexus puede mostrar anuncios.
Premium es una suscripción de pago que retira los anuncios y
añade ventajas (p. ej. progreso acelerado del compañero).
- El cobro, la renovación automática y la cancelación de
Premium se gestionan a través de tu cuenta de Google Play o
App Store, no directamente por nosotros. El precio se muestra
antes de confirmar la compra.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo salvo que
la canceles desde la tienda al menos 24 horas antes de la siguiente renovación.
- Consumidores de la UE — derecho de desistimiento: al
contratar Premium solicitas que el servicio digital comience de inmediato y
reconoces que, una vez te hemos dado acceso, pierdes el derecho de
desistimiento de 14 días respecto del periodo ya iniciado, conforme a
la Directiva 2011/83/UE. Los reembolsos se rigen por las políticas de Google
Play o App Store.
- Podemos cambiar el precio o las ventajas de Premium avisando con antelación
razonable; los cambios no afectan a un periodo ya pagado.
9. Disponibilidad y garantías
MagicNexus se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Hacemos un esfuerzo
razonable por mantener el servicio funcionando, pero no garantizamos que esté
libre de errores o interrupciones. Esta cláusula no excluye ninguna garantía
legal que no pueda excluirse, en especial las que la ley reconoce a los
consumidores.
10. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Iluro Studios no responde por daños
indirectos o pérdida de datos derivados del uso de la app, ni por el contenido
publicado por otros usuarios. Nada en estos Términos limita nuestra
responsabilidad por dolo, negligencia grave, daños personales o cualquier
responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse legalmente, incluidos los derechos
imperativos de los consumidores.
11. Suspensión y cancelación
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu cuenta si incumples estos Términos o las Normas
de la Comunidad, conforme al procedimiento de moderación descrito en ellas. Tú
puedes dejar de usar la app y solicitar el borrado de tu cuenta en cualquier
momento (ver Eliminar cuenta y datos).
12. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por la ley española. Si eres consumidor, esta elección
no te priva de la protección que te otorguen las normas imperativas del país de
la UE donde residas. Cualquier conflicto se someterá a los tribunales que
correspondan según la normativa de consumo aplicable.
13. Cambios en estos Términos
Si modificamos estos Términos de forma sustancial, te avisaremos dentro de la app
o por email. La fecha de "Última actualización" arriba refleja la versión vigente.
El uso continuado tras un cambio implica su aceptación.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the MagicNexus app. By creating an account
or using the app you accept these Terms, the
Privacy Policy and the
Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not
use the app.
1. Who we are
MagicNexus is an app developed by Iluro Studios (Adrián Flores), Spain. It is an
unofficial, fan-made app for Magic: The Gathering players. It is
not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro.
"Magic: The Gathering", card names and card art are trademarks and works of their
respective owners.
2. Who may use the app
- You must be at least 14 years old. Where local law requires a
higher digital-consent age, you must meet that minimum.
- You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- You are responsible for your account security and for the accuracy of the
information you provide.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use MagicNexus in accordance with the law and with the
Community Guidelines, which form part of these
Terms. In particular, you will not post illegal, offensive, sexual, violent or
hateful content, content that infringes third-party rights, nor make abusive or
fraudulent use of the service.
4. Content you upload (images, avatars, photos, backgrounds, text)
Summary: what you upload stays yours, but you are solely
responsible for holding the rights to it. Do not upload images that
belong to someone else.
- You retain ownership of the content you upload (posts,
comments, messages, avatar, photos and, where applicable, background images).
- Warranties: you represent and warrant that you are the author
of, or hold all necessary rights and licenses to, every image, photo, avatar or
material you upload, and that such content does not infringe any
copyright, trademark, image, privacy or other right or any law of any
country. Do not upload card scans, artwork, characters, logos or other
third-party copyrighted images unless you have permission.
- License you grant us: so we can display your content within
the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable
(to our hosting provider) and revocable license, limited to
hosting, storing, reproducing and displaying that content solely to provide the
service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except
for technical backups or content other users have already quoted or shared.
- Indemnity: you will hold us harmless from any third-party
claim arising from content you uploaded in breach of these Terms or the law.
- We may remove or restrict any content that breaches these Terms, the law or
third-party rights (see section 7).
5. Content and assets provided by the app
- The backgrounds, art, icons, companions and other visual assets included in
MagicNexus are created by Iluro Studios —in part generated or assisted
with artificial-intelligence tools— or used under license or because
they are in the public domain, and do not reproduce protected third-party works.
The Premium backgrounds included in the app are original
creations or gradients, free of third-party copyright.
- Part of MagicNexus's development (code and visual assets) was carried out with
the help of artificial-intelligence tools. The service is provided as described
in these Terms regardless of the tools used to create it.
- These assets are licensed to you only for use within the app. You may not
extract, redistribute or reuse them outside MagicNexus.
- If we later let you use your own images as a background or
other custom assets, that content counts as "content you upload" and is governed
by section 4: you are responsible for holding the rights to those images.
6. Card data (Scryfall)
Card information (search and decks) comes from the public
Scryfall API and is used under
its terms. Card images and text are property of Wizards of the Coast and are shown
for players' informational purposes.
7. Notice and takedown of infringing content
If you believe content posted on MagicNexus infringes your copyright, trademarks
or other rights, send a notice to
ilurostudios@gmail.com including:
- The work or right allegedly infringed.
- The exact location of the content in the app (user, post or screenshot).
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you act in good faith and that the information is accurate.
We will review notices and remove infringing content. This procedure implements
the "notice and action" mechanism of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, art. 16)
and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Repeat infringers will have
their account suspended or terminated.
8. Premium subscription and purchases
- The free version of MagicNexus may show ads.
Premium is a paid subscription that removes ads and adds perks
(e.g. faster companion progress).
- Billing, auto-renewal and cancellation of Premium are handled
through your Google Play or App Store account,
not directly by us. The price is shown before you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you
cancel it in the store at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
- EU consumers — right of withdrawal: when you subscribe to
Premium you request that the digital service begin immediately and acknowledge
that, once we have given you access, you lose the 14-day right of
withdrawal for the period already started, under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds are governed by Google Play or App Store policies.
- We may change Premium's price or perks with reasonable prior notice; changes do
not affect a period already paid for.
9. Availability and warranties
MagicNexus is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to
keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be error-free or
uninterrupted. This clause does not exclude any statutory warranty that cannot be
excluded, in particular consumer rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iluro Studios is not liable for indirect
damages or data loss arising from use of the app, nor for content posted by other
users. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for willful misconduct, gross
negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot be limited by law,
including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Community
Guidelines, following the moderation procedure described there. You may stop using
the app and request deletion of your account at any time (see
Delete account and data).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does
not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the EU country
where you reside. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts designated by the
applicable consumer rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
If we modify these Terms substantially, we will notify you inside the app or by
email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use
after a change means you accept it.
